Roasted Broccoli

About the Recipe



  • 1 cup GF Flour

  • 3 tbsp GF Bread Crumbs

  • 1 tbsp Sambal

  • 2 Pinches of Pink Sea salt

  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

  • ½ tsp cornstarch

  • Cold Water to thin out


  • 3 Tbsp Tamari

  • 1 Tbsp Sambal

  • 3 Tbsp Honey

  • ½ lime juice

  • ½ tsp Puree ginger

  • 1 tsp Garlic Puree

  • 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar

  • ½ tsp Sesame Seeds


Step 1

Mix everything together and slowly add the water until you form a thin pancake type consistency. Just thick enough to coat the Broccoli, but not to thick, if it is to thick it will make it soaky

Step 2

Add the broccoli to the batter and toss with a spoon

Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 425F until crispy 10-15 minutes. (flip half way through)

Step 3

Take out and add to the sauce.

Toss the crispy broccoli in the sauce and place back into the oven for another 8-10 minutes
