About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized carrots

  • 3 stalks of celery

  • 1 white onion

  • 2 cups white beans

  • 2 cups chickpeas

  • 6 cups vegetable stock

  • 3 cups of almond milk

  • 2 jalapenos

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 green onions

  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp. flat leaf parsley

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • 1 tsp. thyme

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp. cumin

  • 1 tsp. coriander

  • 1 tsp. chili flakes

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp. garlic puree


Biscuits

  • 2 cups gluten free flour ( cup4cup) or any kind

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • ½ cup coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp.  Baking powder

  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp. chopped herbs
