Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. pure honey

  • 1 tsp. butterfly pea flower powder

  • ¼ tsp.  ground cinnamon

  • Pinch freshly ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of cloves

Preparation

Step 1


Put the milk and all the other ingredients into a thick bottomed pot



Step 2


With a whisk make sure that all the honey and spices are dissolved. Do not let it boil.



Step 3


Just before it boils, turn it off and whisk vigorously to create a froth or froth it with a hand held frother



Step 4


Serve an hour before bed to calm your mind and digestion
