  • 1 inch piece of lemon grass

  • 5 cloves

  • 1 star anise

  • 1 slice of ginger

Preparation

Step 1


Using the back of the knife beat the lemon grass to release the oils

Add everything to a pot and boil

Turn off and steep for 5 minutes
